I hired emt to clean my 2 bedroom apartment on a monthly basis. They were very reasonably priced, much more so than a lot of services. They sent two women who did a good job and let me know when they were running late. I can't really complain about the cleaning, although it certainly wasn't perfect. However, after the first two initial cleanings, they basically just stopped showing up. The first time it happened, I emailed them and they were very apologetic and asked if they could come the following week. I said that was fine, these things happen. The next month I came home to an untouched home and they had emailed me saying they were running late, stuck in traffic and could they come the following day. Again, I said I understood and that was fine. Just yesterday, a month later, I again came home to an untouched apartment. I decided to find another cleaning service. If you're just looking for a one time cleaning, I'd say go ahead and hire them. I'm sure they'll show up and do fine. If you're looking for a reliable recurring service that you won't have to worry about rescheduling and moving around your schedule for, definitely go elsewhere.

EMT cleaned my home today, and I must say I could not be happier. They were thorough, detailed, friendly, open to follow-up when they missed something (which was negligible), and very reasonable. They cleaned my 3 BR, 2 BR apt. in just over 3 hours (2 women and then the supervisor came and helped for the last hour) and did an exceptional job - considering it was their first time. They made the beds beautifully, folded all towels (a pet peeve of mine when cleaners ignore touches that are glaringly obvious), cleaned bottles/makeup that were out in the bathroom - excellent!),organized bottles in the tub, etc. All in all, very impressive work. They missed a few things here and there, but nothing huge. I know for a fact my sister will be using them, and my ex as well! Thanks EMT - I can finally stop looking for a house cleaner!

EMT did a great job....I would definitely use their service again. They even cleaned my blinds and under t he couches. They very prompt and stayed till the job was finished. Highly recomended.
