- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had cleaning services since I have lived in Chicago. Some companies would be very willing to please and have good customer service, but the cleanings would leave a lot to be desired. Some companies I would get great cleaning, but when I would need to get a hold of someone no one would answer the phone. I had friends and family let me know that they had similar experiences. It was at that point that I believed I could provide a better service than what was offered in the Chicago area. I've now been in business for almost 7 years.
