- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen carefully and ask questions to learn as much as I can about the preferences of new clients (What exactly needs to be done, the way to clean floors counters or garments etc) It's important to discuss present and future needs to provide the best bundle and schedule for the client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My experience in cleaning begin in high school volunteering at day care centers. In 2014 I joined the healthcare field beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant. When I began doing home care, I saw a need for quality home cleaning and maintenance. Realizing that this need extends to more than just the elderly, starting a cleaning service was the best way for me to rise to the task.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've primarily provided services for seniors and people with disabilities. I've worked with working people with busy schedules, single parents, and pet parents. I have also provided before/after event cleaning.
