I also provide trash out, and packing services are also provided. The services I provide are light housekeeping, "spring cleaning", trash outs, and packing for moving.

Nicole Bell is the real deal. First of all, she has the cleaning part down pat. As a seasoned cleaning professional, she will fulfill your cleaning needs. But her services are much more than that important skill - she is truly client-oriented.
Due to a family crisis, I needed to clean out an apartment in Chicago, and ship items from the apartment to New York City. Due to circumstances, the apartment was a filthy mess. I was unable to get to Chicago to clean it myself. Ms. Bell was highly recommended to me by another of her clients. So I hired her to clear out the mess, clean up the mess, and leave the apartment spotless in order for the landlord to be able to rent it, without causing me grief about its condition.
She did just that. The power had gone out in the refrigerator, and all of its contents had spoiled and exploded all over the place. The bathroom had become moldy. Clutter was everywhere. Waterbugs and flies ruled the roost. Ms. Bell came up with a plan and ran it past me.
She laid out how she was going to organize the cleaning and the contents of the apt. She cleaned room by room, setting aside the items that would be shipped to New York, and others ready to be put into storage units. Then, she not only packed up those items, but was at the apt. to facilitate the courier pickup.
I found her to be organized, thorough, non-judgemental (again, the apt. was a mess), cooperative, and take-charge. What impressed me most of all was that SHE understood what MY needs were the scope of the project, and jumped right in.
And most importantly: We have never met! We communicated by email, phone, text, and she sent before and after photos of each task. She reached right out if she had a question - or suggestion. She put herself in MY shoes she met the needs of her client. Im not sure what could have been handled differently, as it was a crisis, and there was no time to prepare another plan. To quote Ms. Bell, I make things happen! And she did.
