Introduction: After years of being a "talk" therapist, I began to realize something was missing from the healing process. I began to work on the body, mind, and spirit connection of the client.
Continuing my education, I expanded my practice to include heart-centered hypnotherapy and heart-centered craniosacral therapy. Our services also utilize medicinal essential oils, breath work and several massage modalities.
I love talk therapy and feel very connected to my clients. Providing a nonjudgmental environment with a holistic approach has expanded my professional work and the lives of my clients.
