I would like to make a comment about Tammi Phillips. She came to my home for a consult to talk about designs for my living room. We discussed the ideas that I had for the space, she took some pictures, some measurements, and left. A week later she returned with this beautiful lay out of my living room. I was so pleased that I said, "Let's go with it!" She completed the plans and assisted me with the installation of the design. When my living room and foyer were complete, I couldn't believe it. It looked better than the original drawings. A friend was so impressed, she hired Tammi to design her living room area as well as her son's as a house warming gift to him and his wife. Tammi, keep up the good work, and I will be calling on you soon for another project. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!! I'm Loving It.

Tammi is a true professional and expert in the world of interior architecture. My fiancé and I took on the challenge of buying and fixing up a house in the midst of wedding planning (a little crazy), and Tammi came to us as a referral from a colleague to help us with interior architecture and design. If we had to sign one more contract or look at a million options we would probably lose our minds, but Tammi made the process easy for us. She takes great care to get to the bottom of the clients style and taste and blends that with her expertise in making the most out of the space youre working on. She came up with unique ideas beyond what anyone else recommended. Shes great at receiving feedback and incorporating changes accordingly, as well as making sure that she explains the pros and cons to all options. The thought that goes into every little piece of renovation or décor is priceless. The deliverables she passed along to our contractor have been essential to our process and keeping the renovations for our house on-track. I saw some pictures of rooms that Tammi had painted and I was very impressed with their beauty. I wanted my living room and dining room painted.I had no idea what colors I wanted. Tammi asked me what items I wanted to keep in the two rooms and I told her. She took pictures of both rooms and within a couple of days she sent me pictures of what they would look like remodeled. It was so beautiful I couldn't believe it. She presented a written contract of everything to be done that was very suitable. The rest is history. It took about one week to complete. She was very punctual was always there when she was supposed to be. Her work was beautiful and I get constant compliments about my beautiful living and dining rooms.

Don't be afraid to be truthful about your expectations. If you want a canary yellow wall with navy stripes, find a designer who is willing to entertain your creativity and help you realize your vision. Also remember that encountering road blocks during the design process is the norm.
