- What types of customers have you worked with?
In the area of computer support, common jobs are (but not limited to) troubleshooting user machines to uncover/repair issues; provide data backups to local/virtual storage location; server maintenance; and network setup. With regards to website design, our team can be leveraged to do anything from a small brochure website (consisting of only a few pages) to a robust, eCommerce portal. We also employ a graphic designer who can assist with logo creation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When evaluating an IT vendor, we urge you to consider a company's area(s) of expertise and references. Some providers may be a lot cheaper than we are, but consider the quality of the service you might receive from said provider. It may not be worth the money you save.
