Introduction: I am not some meathead fitness model trainer who gets by on their looks and genetics. I am a lifelong martial arts practitioner and cancer survivor. I dig deep into the science of exercise and weight management. I understand the importance of exercise for a happy and healthy life but I also am down to earth and easy to get along with. No harsh judgements, no high level of commitment, just great workouts!
I'm willing to work with you to design a customized program that will get you the results you are looking for. I have worked with all different shapes, sizes and abilities. I have over 5 years of Personal Training experience and want to bring my favorite type of workout to you! Kickboxing!
I enjoy sharing knowledge and exercises with people. I love to hear back from my clients whom I used to train and have them tell me they are still doing a certain workout or advice I gave them that impacted thier lives.
