Introduction: I am not some meathead fitness model trainer who gets by on their looks and genetics. I am a lifelong martial arts practitioner and cancer survivor. I dig deep into the science of exercise and weight management. I understand the importance of exercise for a happy and healthy life but I also am down to earth and easy to get along with. No harsh judgements, no high level of commitment, just great workouts! I'm willing to work with you to design a customized program that will get you the results you are looking for. I have worked with all different shapes, sizes and abilities. I have over 5 years of Personal Training experience and want to bring my favorite type of workout to you! Kickboxing! I enjoy sharing knowledge and exercises with people. I love to hear back from my clients whom I used to train and have them tell me they are still doing a certain workout or advice I gave them that impacted thier lives. I want our training sessions to be only the beginning of your personal fitness quest. Every small step you take in the right direction today is going to affect not only how you feel in your body but lead you to newer and better paths in your life.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I would like to get a basic idea of where their fitness level currently is at, as well as, screen some of their basic movements to see how their body moves and functions. A postural assessment is helpful but not always necessary. I would then like to know your goals you are wanting to achieve this summer and beyond.
