I have nothing but positive things to say about working with Mary and her very professional staff. Prior to hiring RCM, I received three other quotes on services that were way out of my projected budget for this project. I even weighed the costs of doing it myself so I was sure RCM would be just as expensive. To my surprise their bid was the lowest so I chose them to provide the services I needed. I was not sure what to expect as far as quality because I had selected the lowest bidder. The service I received far exceeded my expectations. Mary and her crew were efficient from start to finish. They went above and beyond to deliver quality service. They stayed within my alloted time frame and worked continuously to complete every single task the job entailed. The additional clean up they performed after the job was complete was definitely an added bonus. I am very pleased with their professionalism, the quality of their service and the friendliness and efficiency of their entire staff.

Property RCM completed board-up of a 10 unit building and a board-up, trash-out of a 3 story home. Their team worked in unpleasant surroundings, but they finished the job with a smile. Their work was done well and their prices are competitive. I would recommend them to Real Estate agents or homeowners looking for a way for clean and secure their properties.
