- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure starts with a FREE CONSULTATION! It is in the free consultation that I screen the potential client to ensure that I can assist them effectively with their objectives. If the potential client and I agree to form a coaching or counseling relationship, then we can agree on the terms. My rates generally start at $85 per session for Counseling and $400 per month for Coaching; which includes: one-on-one phone sessions, one-on-one in person sessions, group sessions, special workshops and motivational presentations and video presentations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically my biggest process is the process of active listening. This skill has afforded me the ability to see clearly what the client may not be able to see about themselves, their circumstance and the implications of their views and decisions. Some people tell their narrative in depth, some tell it in short story. Either way I am able to extract a broad view and help them gain clarity and add value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly receiving inspiration and direction from my mentors. I also take at least one major formal training each year to improve and sharpen my skills. My greatest education has come from the more than three decades of Pastoral and professional services I have provided. It has also come from the life I have lived and the challenges I have overcome.
