Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. As a limo service, we provide ground transportation to Chicago, Chicago suburbs, Northwest Indiana, and the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. In addition to airport transportation, we also do point to point transportation and charters. Charters can be done for business meetings, restaurants, weddings, funerals, proms, bar hopping, or any event that requires a dedicated chauffeur and car service.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. This is a service industry, so customer service should be first and foremost. You also want a limo company with newer and well maintained cars as well as professional chauffeurs. Beware of hidden charges so make sure you ask about any additional costs upfront. Additionally, If you are interested in helping the environment, choose an eco car service that uses hybrids for a truly reduced carbon footprint.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer I would like to know that limos spend the majority of their work hours idling and emitting toxic greenhouse gases such as CO2 and other pollutants. They idle in the limo lot at the airport and they idle in traffic as well as in front of their pick up points. Our inside secret is that our eco limo service uses hybrids to reduce emissions by up to 80% in our industry, so when our cars are idling in electric mode you don't have to feel guilty.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. In order to receive a prompt and accurate quote, clients should call with all pertinent information regarding the car service they need. Pick up location, destination, and the number of passengers are the most important pieces of information. For airport transportation it is also helpful to know how much luggage you anticapte. For airport pickups we will need the flight information so we can track your flight and be there when you land. If you are booking a charter then we need to know how many hours of service as well as the day of the week and the time of day you would like limo service.

A. We are a small company that is operated by my husband and I and we both take a lot of pride in providing our clients with the best in personal service. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. There are several aspects about my job that I absolutely love. I enjoy interacting with clients and since this is a family run business I have the opportunity to give every client individual attention. As a mom I like to be able to cater to families and as a business owner I can appreciate the needs of a business traveler. Also, since my company is eco friendly I feel good about the positive impact we are making and I hope that it helps to change the standards that are currently in our industry.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Other than asking us about our rates, the most common question is if our Chicago limo service has car seats available for rent and if they come pre-installed. My answer is we have every kind of car seat available for rent and they are cleaned and sanitized for your child's health and safety. For your convenience, they are already installed upon your chauffeur's arrival so all you have to do is load up and go!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We have such amazing clients that my favorite work story is simply connecting with such wonderful people on a daily basis.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I would like our customers to know that we are a small, family run limo service that really cares about our clients. Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My husband has been in the limo service industry for over 20 years and we couldn't understand why so many limo companies were not using fleets of hybrids to protect the environment. While we were discussing the concepts of it, I was diagnosed with cancer. Being a vegetarian with a healthy lifestyle, this diagnois heightened our concern regarding environmental impact. We immediately decided to do something about it and so we became the premiere eco car service in Chicago.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Since we are a green car service, we are constantly networking with the green community and following technological advances in relation to hybrids and electric vehicles. We also engage actively with our clients to make sure we are exceeding their expectations and meeting unforseen demands.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. We are very excited about the upcoming introduction of electric vehicles. As a limo service, three of our main concerns with the EVs are passanger and cargo capacity, highway speed, and limit of range. As the EVs continue to develop we believe we will be able to move from hybrids to all electric vehicles for our eco car service.
