FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a rate sheet. After being in business many years, we have created reasonable rates for the clients that need decent transportation service. Our service may not be for everybody because we are not a cab company. Our vehicles and liability insurance cost more. Our clients expectations are much higher than taxi customer's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a call from a customer, I try to find every detail for the service that they need. After finding out exactly what type of service and vehicle they need, then I give them quote. If they decided to go for it, I place the reservation and I send them a confirmation email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had five days training to be come a chauffeur. I took two days training class in City of Chicago to have a Chauffeur license. I take physical, including drug tests every year to renew my chauffeur licence.
