We also do the following:

* post-construction cleaning
* shampooing carpets
* janitorial services
* move-out deep cleaning
* move-in deep cleaning

Cleaning services include the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom/s' windows; we perform the following:

* Dusting off window sills, refrigerator tops, and ceiling fan blades
* Cleaning vents, burners, stove tops, ovens, and microwaves
* Vacuuming all carpets and cleaning hardwood windows

Rates for cleaning are as follows:

* studio, $50
* one bedroom, $55
* two bedrooms, $75
* three bedrooms, $85

Move-out rates are as follows:

* studio, $100
* one bedroom, $100
* two bedrooms, $120
* three bedrooms, $140
* washing carpet for a small bedroom, $70.00

A. the first questions the customer ask is the price and I give the price and sometimes they ask if I like the pets and I say definitely I have 2 dogs and one old cat. usually they ask me if I charge extra when they have pets and I answer no same price
