- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ALWAYS learning and taking classes. I don't believe in "knowing it all." The minute you say that is when you stop growing. I attend the Makeup Show every year, sit in the lectures and the classrooms learning from the best of the best. I am a MAC pro artist and attend classes through their Artist's program as well. I don't discriminate however, and I believe knowledge can come from anywhere. Heck I have even learned a thing or two from my clients!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently had the honor of working backstage at NBC for 'The Steve Harvey Show.' It was for the "Steve Marries America" segment and I got to do a slew of brides backstage. Many of these women had never had their makeup done before or even took time to pamper themselves. It just melted my heart to see these women leaving my chair feeling so beautiful and important!! I am proud to have been selected for helping these people create a memory that will last forever!
