- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour. I charge either by the year or by the project. The client MUST sign a contract with me, which is a legal and binding document. I get "earnest money" before I start. Aside from my fee, the client is also billed for out-fo-pocket expenses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From time to time. The best continuing education, however, is experience in the workplace.
