Introduction: My Yoga practice led me to discover Thai Massage. I now practice Clinical Thai Bodywork and Trigger Point Therapy. In addition to the laying on of hands, I employ hands-free techniques -- compression with my feet, shins, knees, forearms and elbows. Some people describe Thai Massage as "Lazy Man's Yoga" because of the full-body manipulations and assisted stretching. I also throw in some elements of Acro-Yoga for the adventurous hearts who want to fly.
Having been an intense athlete all my life, therapeutics seriously interest me. If you have an injury past the acute phase, or suffer from chronic aches, pains, or the regular wear and tear from your Power Yoga or Crossfit practice, I'd love to work on you.
As a Thai Massage Therapist, I assist with the restoration and the maintenance of functional ranges of movement in the body, so that clients can flow with more ease through day-to-day life.
