Inspiral Dance

Introduction: I am a visionary dance artist. I teach workshops, classes and private lessons in various forms of dance, such as dance mediation, contact improvisation, hula hoop dancing, hula hoop body sculpt, and dance fitness, along with traditional stylized forms of technical dance such as ballet, modern, hip-hop, and jazz. I also do movement-based healing sessions using dance meditation, massage therapy, art therapy, and nutrition. I believe that learning to access our bodies' potential to move opens us up to a new world of health, wellness, happiness and expression.
