I was referred to MM & Sons by a neighbor, who was a client of theirs. MM & Sons installed a very sturdy and atheistically pleasing pedestrian/alley gate, and he even threw in some extras like an auto-close spring and some ornamental/security pieces on the top of the gate. MM & S was on time, on budget, and always kept me in the loop on the progress of the project. Great experience overall, and for a very competitive price.

Mr Mobley was very difficult to work with. He refused to work from a basic architectural drawing showing the height, width, number of vertical members desired, etc. I reluctantly agreed to proceed with him on good faith that it was not a complicated project and we could talk through it. It was a poor decision. He made changes to the original plan, and only told me about them after he had finished the work. He complained greatly of some minor modifications i insisted he make-- all of which would have been clear to him had he used the drawings available. He also left paint marks behind on adjacent brickwork. Many of my neighbors have noticed the paint and are not impressed. My score for him of 'average' is because i do think in the end he tried to do a good job, but by that time too many things were out of alignment or had already gone wrong. His welding ability is top notch-- he makes it solid-- but he does not do a good job of listening. He would need to be a much better communicator to effectively work without drawings, and he proved inept at that also.

Fantastic work and fair pricing! I highly recommend Mr. Mobley for your project. He responded quickly, Gabe great advice on what needed to be done and got the work done quickly. He was professional through the repair. Great work!
