- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notary pricing depends on the time, location and type of documents. Please be very specific about the available times convenient to the signer(s). If your documents require a witness in addition to the signer(s), you will want to check with neighbors/friends In order to be sure someone is available. We can also supply additional people to witness your documents. Property manager requests must include the type of property, current tenant occupancy status, and current maintenance scheduled or anticipated, and HOA status including history of fines/warnings associated with property. Provide specific duties in your request for quote.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A notary is not allowed to provide you with documents. These must be provided by the signer and in the event of estate planning, we can offer you legal referrals for an attorney who can walk you thru the process. Most statutory forms can be found on the State websites for free.
