I came across Apex Moving earlier in my moving plans. I won’t bore you with every way the details of this move were going against me, but Matt (the person that contacted me not 5 minutes after I inquired in the first place) was so patient and understanding about my situation. He was so flexible and transparent about everything and helped me brainstorm what the best option would be. Next came the day of the move. When I tell you that they did EVERY THING, and made me sit down and drink my coffee and take a second to rest - truly the best moving service I’ve ever had. The guys were super careful with all my stuff. Everything was wrapped up and carried with care. Not only were they super efficient and helpful, they were the nicest people ever. The day flew by and after being done with the move, I honestly felt like I made three new friends. All of my stuff was carefully arranged exactly where I asked and my bed was put back together better than it even was to begin with. Any wobbly leg of a dresser or chair was tightened without me even noticing or asking. I hate moving so much, but this experience was honestly was seamless and pleasant as a move can be. When we got to my new place, I was trying to park my car (I’m the worst at parking) and couldn’t figure it out it and they literally talked me through it hahahah - cannot believe they even taught me how to park even after moving all the stuff I own. Best moving company in Chicago, hands down. 12/10 - highly recommend.

Matt and Bray were incredible. Matt was responsive and helpful leading up to moving day. They arrived on time and got right to work. They took apart my large furniture and wrapped everything to ensure nothing got damaged. They were quick and careful with our move. Once we arrived at our new home, they put together all our furniture and were sure to put all labeled boxes in the correct rooms. I am very pleased with their work. They were professional and kind.

Ray and Matt were fast, strong, and communicative! TTG was flexible and willing to work in our unique circumstances.
