This isn't a legit moving company. They are liars & thieves! They send a spotter to the job to identify your valuables & your valuables disappear before the job is complete and then they try to overcharge. The office is located at 7253 Touhy Avenue, Chicago but they have been served with a cease and desist order in July 2012 because of all of the complaints. They do business under a variety of names: Vogt Moving, Vought Relocation, Resue Movers, O'Boyle Moving (Johnsburg, IL). They have used the following phone numbers: 773-570-4107 773-775-7405 773-775-7415 773-775-7408 773-219-0878 773-358-2744 773-673-3717 847-800-9627. The owner is Clarence Vogt aka Clarence Bruno of Chicago & Madison, WI. The manager is Alfredo Amadeo. They are NOT movers. They are ripoff artists scammers liars and thieves.

Do not use these people to move you. They sent 3 people that were 4 hours late, and then took 6 hours to load furniture from an 800 sq ft home.They are criminals and don't most don't have driver's license to drive the truck. They dumped our truck full of our furniture at a self storage place, and said that they quit. Then when we took the truck and drove it to the new home at 9PM, Bruno told us to wait to unload it because he was sending 6 guys. Well 10:00 rolled around and one drunk showed up, and tried to get us to pay in full or he was going to drive off with the truck. We unloaded the truck ourselves, and then they showed up at 11PM, one of their movers butt dialed the cops, and when they came, he didn't have any id on him. Finally we finished at 12:00 AM. During this whole fiasco, and multiple visits by the police, I'm sure our new neighbors were not happy with all the yelling in the driveway. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, BRUNO SHOULD BE PROSECUTED!

This was one of the worst days of my life. These people Mr. Clarence Vogt and Peter Urban has destroyed my life. They were pretending to be a legitimate moving company. Stated they would help me move at the price of 85/per hour. Everything included would be the truck, mileage, gas, supplies everything.
This was a big lie. They loaded all of my belongings, everything I own on to a truck. once the truck was loaded they refused to unload my things. they demanded a minimum of 600 dollars before they would even open the truck. i asked why. they were charging me by the hour and it had been not even two hours so that is around 170 dollars so that didnât add up. In addition, we would not know how long it would be to unload. Again they refused to open the truck or give me my things.
Then Clarence started demanding my credit cards, checks or any money I had. I stated I didnât have anything on me, they would have to wait for my husband to get there. Who was driving on his way there my husband was less than ten mins away. Clarence was very upset i would not give him any credit cards. he ran to the truck and drove OFF! With all of my things in it. I called 911 and report the robbery and the plate number on the truck. the police informed that truck had been reported as STOLEN.
These people took off everything I own in a stolen truck. we were left with nothing. no clothes, no couch, none of our kids things, nothing! I was screwed. the police came and let me know what they did was a felony and would be actively looking for the both of them.
Clarence has the never to call me two days after robbing me! States he has all of my things and will give it back to me if I pay him 1,200.00.
I notified the police immediately. this was a strong armed robbery and felony theft.
