Introduction: I am very patient, positive and perceptive when working with students. I will help you develop proper form and deter bad habits early on. I will be patient with you even when you are frustrated with your own progress. I love meeting new people and playing guitar. When teaching students songs by their favorite artist they can expose me to new music and artist I may not have discovered yet.

I was sold on Kevin when I walked in for my first lesson and he was wearing a Neutral Milk Hotel shirt. Solid tutor. I came in as a beginner for one hour every week and in no time he had me playing modest mouse. I highly recommend Kevin if you're looking to start out and need someone with reassuring patience and genuine excitement for teaching and playing.

I'd highly recommend Kevin as a guitar teacher if you are someone that is a little nervous to try something new or someone who just wants to have a great time and learning is the byproduct. He is extremely helpful and I can tell he's excited to teach me how to play guitar. He provides constructive feedback and shows me hand outs that helped me visually, plus gave me homework that made it easy for me to progress on my own. He constantly encourages me and makes me feel great about my abilities.

Kevin has been outstanding at meeting with me and helpful in all possible ways. I am new to guitar and he has made beginning and getting to know the basics very easy, he has worksheets and reviews for you to practice etc. Could not ask for a better teacher who Is very understanding at both having you work at your own pace be it fast or slow, and accommodating with your schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone whose either wanting to learn, or polishing their current skills.

Kevin made it a personal goal that I learned every aspect of the guitar, not just songs. I really felt that I got better with every single lesson, and if I had a question about anything he was very educated and had a prompt answer for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great one-on-one training
