When Venessa says she is a kickass accountability captian, she is! I hired Venessa for one on one work and she taught me healthy habits to approach all areas of my life. Frustrated and stressed, she was able to pinpoint areas i needed to focus on. Venessa also led me to the discovery of what was causing my chronic digestive issues. Having a father that has suffered for many decades from an auto-immune disease, I was fearful that I was doomed to suffer as he has. With eliminating food and bioenergetic testing I have found exactly which foods are the culprit. Without her guidance and dedication to my health, I would not be on the road to recovery.
