My work with the mentally challenged. We prepared both breakfast and lunch for six months daily and it changed my life. I witnessed people that were so closed off in the beginning just light up and look forward to you coming in daily all because of food. By the time our service was over they looked at us as family and we saw them the same way.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That the cost includes much more than just food. It's all about correct portion size, trained servers, licensed and inspected purveyors and vendors, proper sanitation, professionalism and outstanding customer service.
