Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Private parties, weddings, birthday parties

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If you're totally clueless about planning your event, just ask for advice. With the number of parties we've serviced we can assist in just about any capacity. Our range goes from planning a menu or drink list to logistics, rentals, and how much to purchase for the event. If you know you're not good with making plans or executing a task, meet with us in advance and see what we can offer!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Always have this basic info before booking:

Date
Location
Estimated start and end time
Estimate of # of guests
Estimated budget –

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I'm very patient and listen to the client's needs. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills then convert these factors into a smooth event... along with preparation and just solid hard work! You can't go wrong with this combination of skills.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. It's so rewarding to see happy partygoers enjoying the food, drink, and atomsphere of an event that we have contributed to.

Plus we meet all types of interesting people from all walks of life in times of celebration!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much do you charge?
It varies, we base our rates on # of guests, length of service and scope of the work to be done.

What do you wear?
My team favors an all black bistro look, but we're quite flexible and just accommodate to what the client prefers. We have several other looks as well, and bring our own aprons.
Ex:
The traditional white shirt, black pants
white shirts, khaki pants

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I've always been a foodie. I'm pretty efficient & creative, plus my husband had just got his Bartender's Certificate at the time and we just love a great party from start to finish. I enjoy planning and hosting... so with encouragement from our family the idea just took off.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. It's not as easy as it looks, if you aren't a people person or willing to roll up your sleeves...don't bother.

You will find you have to be flexible and think well on your feet!
