- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free consultation to all potential clients where we will get to know you, find out what you need help with, and start to create a vision for our relationship. From there, we like to put together custom quotes for each client, based on their budget and what they need our help with. Each person and event is unique, so each client will receive a custom quote for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of combined event planning experience in many different sectors - corporate, hospitality, nonprofits and weddings. Katie has worked in corporate conferences and built the Latin America division from the ground up in her former position, a global event production company, and she currently works in hospitality private events, catering, and sales. Kristi has worked for some of the most well-known nonprofits in Chicago, coordinating black tie galas, happy hours, and food and wine events. She got her start in weddings by assisting other planners as a day-of coordinator.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mainly provide day-of coordination for wedding clients, but also have experience planning and coordinating smaller parties, fundraisers, and showers.
