Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Closet Organization, Clutter Reduction, File Organization
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Life is chaotic. There is nothing that I enjoy more then helping individuals find relief with customized organizational solutions. Our goal is to get our clients functioning efficiently by creating processes the client can maintain.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I'm most often asked, "how long do you think this will take?"
It is often quite difficult to provide an answer without seeing the original condition/challenges my clients are facing, as everyones situation is unique to them. Variables such as the existing conditions of the space, the willingness of the client to work with me in the process (i.e. readiness to purge if needed), what the end goal is, etc.
I offer free on location consultations in which I can provide a rough estimate based on what I see.

In a word, AMAZING. I can't say enough about just how wonderful Kate is. I hired Arranging Order to help me turn chaotic closets and drawers into something I could live with. Kate was beyond helpful, completely exceeded my expectations! She came to my house for a 30 minute consult and gave me some "homework" and ideas for cheap organizational accessories to buy to really maximize our time together. I have a crazy schedule and had to reschedule with Kate 3 or 4 times, and she was INCREDIBLY flexible, patient, and really focused on making sure our time together would be the most productive it could be.
And then the big day came... Kate didn't waste one second and immediately rolled up her sleeves and got her "hands dirty." She is a machine of efficiency - I'd turn around and next thing I knew she'd be completely done turning an overwhelming mess into organized bliss. She and I worked together and I still can't believe how much we accomplished in four hours. The total: 10 bags of trash, 4 bags to donate, and 2 boxes to send to a consignment store. I came home from work the next day and breathed in this amazing feeling of serenity - I LOVE opening my closets and drawers now, they look so beautifully organized. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) has a home, I don't waste time rummaging through piles of crap to find what I need.
Kate is TRULY an amazing, professional, and efficient organizing professional. It was the best money I have spent in a decade! I worked with another organizer a few years ago and she was not nearly as quick and efficient as Kate - Kate really goes above and beyond to make your experience perfect.

Kate was a God-send for our home organizational headaches. With two small children, our closets were getting full and out of order. Kate's clear and thorough advice and help, made our spaces (walk in closet, bathroom, office, bedrooms...) livable again and with room to spare. It is a great joy to know our closets are organized and with sorting systems (with labels, dividers, boxes). It makes finding things much easier so we can get out of the house faster and better prepared for the day. We highly recommend Kate and her enthusiastic and committed help with your home organization. It is truly a wonderful and time-saving investment!

I emailed Kate at Arranging Order on a Sunday afternoon and by late that afternoon, I had a return call. Not only was her response timely, which I appreciated, but she was able to come by the very next day to discuss our needs. We had very specific needs for our walk-in closet. We had a small amount of space to work with and both my husband and I had too many clothes to fit comfortably. Kate came by and immediately had suggestions on how to improve on space and to make it 'portable' since we live in a rental. Two days later, she had emailed a product sheet and with a few minor tweaks, we had a great list to order. We didn't rid our closet of any items, yet it looks so nice and clean and put together. Everything is uniformed and just looks inviting. I would highly recommend Kate for any of your organizational needs and am planning on acquiring her services again soon. She is also extremely affordable and quite frankly under cuts her profit dramatically. Hopefully she will adjust her prices to fit her expertise, because she deserves it! I very much look forward to the opportunity to work with her again soon.

In a word, Kate ROCKS! I hired her a couple of months ago to help me get my jewelry business off the ground. She's has been an amazing asset and has amazing contacts and knowledge about who to go to for what needs to be done and how to get something done.

I had the opportunity to work with Kate the past few months. During a stressful transition time in my life, I needed her to take care of finding me a new condo, furnishing the condo, coordinating my move, and making many miscellaneous purchases. Kate coordinated every detail from organizing my dry cleaning to hiring an electrician. She did not miss a beat. Kate is able to stick to a budget and was often able to get me what I really wanted, while saving me money! She has knowledge in many areas and knows what questions to ask. Kate is trustworthy and able to work independently while a client goes on with their regular daily routine. It was refreshing to come home each day to see the progress that Kate had made on my new home. She has an amazing eye for design and was able to figure out what I wanted, even when I did not know how to describe it! I would recommend Kate for any job. In fact, now that she has finished organizing my personal life, she will be working on some items in my professional life!
