Since 2007, Elements has been providing services and support for seniors, disabled, special needs and/or anyone who can simply use some help. We are a company that works on making life a little bit easier for individuals who do not have the time and/or ability.
We provide concierge services, such as shopping, errands and dog walking/sitting to individuals who are not able to or simply do not have the time. We also provide support services for seniors, and the disabled. We also offer life coaching to individuals with special needs. We believe that our services are geared toward individuals who are in need of help and to assist them become self sufficient in life.
What happens after high school? Our professional service providers are highly recommended. We have dealt with young adults who have special needs to help coach them in particular skills in life that are important to their growth in the community. We help them in their life skills, and social and career goals. We are also available to them when they are in need of someone else's support beside their parents or guardians. When you are not available, we will be their guardians. You can put your trust on us!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Working with special needs, teaching them life skills so they can grow into their best potentials. We also work a lot with seniors providing the various services for them that their love one's are not able to provide due to a lack of time and or simply can't.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We offer multiple services to help compartmentalized your needs so life can be easy for you. We are not only providing the services for you but we also help individuals who can not do for themselves become more independent, so life can be easy for them.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Helping make a difference in peoples lives. Having the interactions with individuals from all different backgrounds and learning from those interactions.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. We LUV helping people. We also saw a need for it. So many people are overwhelmed with a busy schedule or they are getting older and simply do not have the help need or their family also do not have the time. We also make it our business to help individuals reach their potential because we have worked with specials needs individuals and we saw that they do have so much potentials to achieve their goals as much as anyone.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We are continuously educating ourselves and staff about the services that we offer. We learn in theory but most importantly we learn in the field working with our many clients (i.e...seniors, special needs, dogs and everyone who simply can use our help)
