- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enjoy attending live cooking demos, staging in different restaurants, watching cooing shows, attending Restaurant shows and watching YouTube to stay on up on the latest and newest craze in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved cooking since I could remember, I loved and enjoyed being in the kitchen with my mother as she prepared Holiday meals every year. But it wasn't until I moved to Dallas,Texas and started watching Food Network that the passion was reignited in me. I later moved back to Chicago and decided to enroll into Culinary School to pursue my love for cooking, seeing the look of enjoyment on a clients face after tasting one of my dishes always reassure me that I've made the right decision.

Food and wine demonstrations and creating Signature Sorbetto.
