- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been In a kitchen since the age 8. Both of my parents are in the restaurant business. It was natural for me to follow their foot steps. By the time I was 14, I was working a professional line with my dad.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a customer, I would as for a tasting. I have worked in this business for quite a while. I can tell you that anyone can put on a fancy Chef Coat, and anyone can call themselves a Chef. If the Person you want to hire is hesitant in giving you a sample of their product. You should beware.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Working in our field is a labor of love. It is hard work, Long hours, and you have to love it in order to do it. If you are not passionate about cooking, this profession will get the best of you.
