Chef Royce made this a smooth experience. I made a last minute call to hire a personal chef for my wife’s birthday and it was a new experience for us. Initially, I was nervous about this due to it being a foreign experience. However, Chef Royce made this process extremely smooth. From the initial phone call he listened to what I had to speak on as far as my vision for the occasion. Then he provided me with recommendations to complete the vision, and how he would go about executing it. On the day of - everything was great! Our menu consisted of a three course meal that consisted of: a house salad, Cajun seared salmon, and a turtle cheesecake for dessert. Chef Royce had the house smelling amazing! All of the ingredients were fresh and he explained the contents of each course. My wife and I truly loved this experience; and I especially appreciate how smooth this process was.

We had a reception catered for 50 people. Chef was so easy to work with to determine menu for my group and accommodated special asks (non dairy) - his flavor profiles were expansive and the finished product delicious!!!!! We got so many compliments on the food - will definitely use for our future catering needs - awesome experience!

Chef prepped a beautiful infused brunch for myself and my friends. We spoke thoroughly about the contents of our meal and which components would be infused. Chef worked my initial ideas well. The meal was received wonderfully by all the guests.
