Working with Chef Monica, owner of Flour & Sugar Cuisine was great. We had a breakfast at our plant to reward our employees for a job well done. 72 people were in attendance and we wanted employees back to work within an hour and a half. We were not dissapointed. Everyone was impressed with the outstanding level of service and great food. Omelets were made to order on site and I could not believe how quickly that went. Not only did everything turn out better than I could have hoped for but the price was more than reasonable. The breakfast was the topic of conversation in the office all day. I will surely hire Flour & Sugar Cuisine for any other events I am responsible for at work and future gatherings at my home. Hire them! You won't regret it!

Flour and Sugar ended up catering two lunches for us. Headcount ranged from 25 to 30 people. We felt we got good food and a good value for the price: the portions were the right size, and there was variety in the menu including pretty great desserts. Additionally the menus all had a vegetarian component built in, so everyone was happy. Also, they were able to accommodate a last minute gluten-free request. They were nice and easy to work with.
My only complaint is that the second day, the food came later that expected and the commencement of several meetings hung in the balance, so we had to work around that. Despite that inconvenience, we will definitely work with Flour & Sugar again!

From start to finish Flour and Sugar where GREAT. Emails where answered right away, their menu suggestion where awesome. The food was DELICIOUS, presentation was BEAUTIFUL. Could not have been a better evening!!!
