Introduction: We are a plant based/VEGAN only company. I do not prepare animal products. I’ve been a professional chef for 14+ years and have cultivated delicious flavor combinations over the years. I really focus my attention on building exciting and delicious flavors all while paying attention to the aesthetics of the meal. I feel that food should look delicious and taste just as good if not better. I love to create exciting flavors while I cook from my heart and soul. I was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America, preparing meats & dairy and have since transitioned to the vegan world- preparing ONLY 100% plant based foods. I understand texture and flavor very well so you will not miss the meat and/or dairy in my dishes! I create delicious mock meats and vegan homemade cheeses, milks/creams to enhance the flavors of my dishes. I specialize in anything from traditional modern American, Italian, Caribbean, upscale and comfort foods, and more. All while using only 100% plant based ingredients, never any flesh/meats or animal byproducts. I make sure that every dish I prepare is of high quality and is a satisfying meal- made with love and good energy.
