Tim handled a delayed diagnosis in metastatic breast cancer medical malpractice case for me in 2010 and the case was settled in less than 3 years or so. he had gotten me a substantial amount from the Doctors involved in the case. A little bit about my case.. in 2007 I felt a lump in my left breast. I went to my GYNE to have it checked out. was then sent for a ultra sound .and the radiologist and GYNE said everything's fine nothing to worry about.. Went back to my GYNE numerous times throughout the next two years and my lump was never brought up again . until I had another appt in 2009 and then it was actually discovered. But by now it was a stage 4... it went from my breast to my pancreas... So after going through a Bi-lateral mastectomy .. whipple surgery removal of my spleen , and ovaries as well. And now til this day October 2013. going for Herceptin treatments 4 years later.. ever after my case has settled...
By the way I'm doing great !!!! Cancer free for 3 years now!!!!!! Thank you Tim for making a horrible difficult time a little easier !!!!!!
