A. I take the time to work one on one with my clients and I'm always available to them.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the fact that I can help someone realize a better and healthier person inside. That can develope confidence that they have never had and I can have an helping hand in it.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long before I see results? Depends on how hard you work outside the gym as well as inside the gym. I'm only with you at the max 5hrs a week, it's the other 163hrs that make the difference.
