I am currently training a woman who has lost 27 lbs. and continues to lose weight. She works hard, follows my program, and is conscious of her diet, which is the most important component of a fat loss routine.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check your friends and family for a referral first. If you don't have a good referral, then find a specialist who can specifically address your needs, i.e. weight loss, strength, etc. Don't train with someone who is a jack of all trades. Most trainers will give you a free trial session to see if it will be a good fit so take advantage!
