- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate includes our training, where I will focus on your form to yield the maximum results and avoid injury, and recommendations for you to complete outside of our sessions so you can reach your goals. I am flexible on price depending the frequency of training or if it is with a group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting is a brief conversation of a review of the client's goals, current routine, if they have any injuries, etc., so I can begin to write my personalized program for them. After, I will assess their physical fitness through a process of posture and functional assessments to get to know more about their body. Time providing within the hour we will also run through a brief workout.
