Kosta has brought to Chicago a fitness program that is life-changing and sustainable. The workouts are alot of fun, challenging and innovative. The program is designed to reduce fat body and help you keep the weight off by enabling you to maintain a lifestyle change. Everything is done in moderation, and is the key to the success of the program. I love best the Tabata workouts!

I know Kosta and his crew over 3 years. I went to 3 fitness challengers. You are never get board. I try many options, i try to work out at home, run, go to gym. And after a little while , you are done. With Chicago Fit Performance, you have motivation, communication and challenge what you expect and which helps you to achieve your goals . I think the key is well planned exercise for everyone , for all levels of experience with fitness , and everyone is just pumped out after class AND motivation for healthy nutrition.
