Mark is a fabulous personal trainer! I have a lower back injury and my physical therapist was very skeptical about working with a trainer. She was fearful that some excercises may worsen my condition. Mark was proactive and called my therapist to learn about my injury and what exercises to focus on to improve my strength and flexibility. He has a great understanding of the body much like a therapist and is always cautious not to do anything that would hurt me. When I first began working out with Mark I was seeing both my therapist and Mark three times a week. It’s now a month later and I am doing so much better that my physical therapist only wants to see me once a month to check alignment. Mark gets results while keeping my well being in mind.
