Introduction: be.FIT. by Sarah encompasses everything that a healthy lifestyle should!! I believe it is extremely important to stay on top of the ever-changing fitness industry as a personal trainer. I frequently attend continuing education seminars for fitness and nutrition and have successfully completed certification with the AASDN (American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists) in order to become a Nutrition Specialist. Seeing results from the hard work my clients put in on a daily basis. It makes me so proud!

I had been working out for almost 18 years religiously. My body definitely changed over time, but I really didn't see the results I should've seen for the amount of hours I had been putting in the gym. It was until I met Sarah that she turned my world upside down and inside out in terms of diet, nutrition, and working out. She stresses how important diet is and literally in 30 days my body transformed and I have pics to prove it. After 2 years working with her, not only has my body changed but my mindset has also changed and the amount of current information she knows about diet and exercise is astounding. I listen to other trainers and people in the gym and it's unbelievable how uneducated and misinformed people are along with the masses. Sarah told me that if she can help one person at a time and make them feel good about themselves on the outside, but more importantly on the inside, she's done her job. She is a gift to the fitness industry and everyone should have the chance to train with her because she will change your life for the better!

The BEST trainer ever! I've had two different trainers in the past and now I know what REAL RESULTS look like! Not only does Sarah whip me into shape, but I also love her company. She's AWESOME!!!! It gets betters… Sarah's a nutrition genius and has helped turn around my eating habits. Can’t say enough great things!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I take continuing education classes as much as possible. When I'm not in the gym, you'll find me reading the latest and greatest articles about nutrition and training. Information that I give to clients is evidence based.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinsiology and love helping people achieve their fitness and nutritional goals! I also have an autoimmune disease and know how important it is to take care of the body in order to live the most healthy life possible.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Clients need and want different things to help them stay on track. Some clients, I only personal train. For others, it's a grocery shopping trip or kitchen overhaul so they can learn what foods are going to help them achieve their goal, whatever that may be.
