- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't complicated, I just prefer to speak with my client and determine their goals and develop a plan first. The rate will be determined by those factors to ensure you meet your goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always, each day is a new day and there is always something to learn rather it be about exercises, nutrition, mind-body connection or simply a motivation quote to breakthrough the day. Additionally, my workshops and studying is on-going and happens weekly!
