Heather is amazing! Our work puts are actually fun, she doesn't make it seem so tedious. I can tell she spends a lot of time designing my work out to fit my needs. I recommend her to anyone i know that wants a trainer.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I give each potential client a free consultation. During the consultation we go over your physical fitness background, questions or concerns, goal setting, scheduling, and a brief fitness test.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been training for over 4 years and have always been an athlete. I have my Bachelors degree in Health and Wellness. I am NASM certified and have worked with many people that have different backgrounds of physical fitness.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have trained professional athletes to senior citizens and everyone in between. I can easily adapt to your specific physical level and help you to improve.
