FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session with me is complimentary so the client can meet me and we can talk about what they are looking for. I recommend getting sessions in bulk to save money. A client can get a single session, 10 sessions or 20 sessions. I also have a client referral plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Applied Health Science in college. That education filled me with the knowledge in exercise science, kinesiology, and the physiology of the human body. I have various certifications including AFAA, AFPA, NASM and Total Control through the Women's Health Foundation. My training program also includes nutritional analysis and guidance throughout the training program. Some of the methods I use during the program include Pilates, flexibility, high and low impact exercises, plyometrics, core strengthening and weight training. I am also trained in post rehabilitation and work with the spine, knees and shoulders.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an athlete growing up and always enjoyed staying fit. I wanted to bring my knowledge and expertise to others to help them feel good about themselves. I studied Applied Health Science which then solidified that this is what I wanted to do.
