Introduction: I have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer. I value my clients' needs and am highly motivated to help them reach their fitness goals. My experience includes weight management, nutritional analysis, functional training, rehabilitation, sports medicine, back pain specialist, pre and/post natal fitness, core strengthening, geriatric exercise. Along with the training I am a private chef. I've had many clients ask me for nutrition advice and various recipes and diets to help them along their journey of fitness! I enjoy meeting new people each day. I love working with each person to help them achieve their fitness goals. I enjoy receiving the news that my clients are starting to feel good and that they are able to fit into things they haven't been able to.

Jen is Chicagoland's best personal trainer. You will amazed at her understanding of physiology. Jen's wide variety of fun and challenging exercises benefit the whole body whether you are rehabbing an injury, correcting poor body posture and movement or seeking a hardcore whole workout. She will challenge you and you will get fast results.

Jen isa fantastic trainer and a great person! Her workouts are always challenging and creative. Jen is very knowledgeable and able to work with any injuries you might have. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
