About
I have trained in sports as traditional as football and track and as unconventional as professional wrestling and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Through these experiences I have needed to gain weight, lose weight, and train for performance. All of it gave me the skills to help achieve any fitness goal as well as the perspective needed to understand a client struggling to get their body to be exactly how they want it to be. I enjoy the relationships I've built with people over the years. Far more priceless than anything else I've earned.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New clients and I meet for a discussion of fitness goals and based on where we meet go through a basic strength and mobility assessment. We then conduct a 30 min complimentary session to allow new client to get what the training experience with me is like.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked from little people at age 5 all the way up to older women around the age of 55. I've worked with people preparing for athletic competitions, like other jiu jitsu competitors, to average folks looking to drop a few pounds and feel better about themselves.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much time am I willing to commit to this? What have I done to pursue my goal before? What's worked? What hasn't? What does my future look like in the area of my goal(weight loss, gain strength, etc), if something doesn't change?
