One-on-One Personal Fitness Training With one-on-one training, you and your trainer work together on a fitness program that is totally personalized to your individual needs and health concerns. NLS trainers know how to maximize results while leaving you with a refreshing workout that leaves you feeling GREAT! Buddy Training Training with a buddy or friend is a great way to bypass some of the motivational issues that often cause people to allow their health and fitness needs to lapse. Just as with NLS one-on-one training, you'll have access to a trainer who will show you and your buddy how to be mutually supporting and motivating. You will also learn cooperative exercise techniques that will make you the healthy, fit nucleus of your peer group.
