Introduction: My name is Sarah, and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and owner of The Flex Fit Coach. I deliver workouts, custom made with your fitness goals in mind, directly to your smartphone or computer. Each exercise comes with a video and written description, so you always know how to safely and properly execute the exercise. I give you the intensity, sets, reps, and frequency per week for each workout. You take the workout and complete it on your own time. I still hold you accountable to get the workout done--within the website or smartphone app, you record how many sets and reps you completed.
