From my initially phone conversation, I was impressed with Damien's professionalism. I have a challenging dog who has gone through many dog walking services and Damien came over and visited with us a few times to make sure my dog was comfortable with him. He has a great way with dogs and is a very pleasant person. I felt very comfortable with Damien walking my dog and being in my home. Along with his excellent skill with dogs, Damien is also very flexible with pricing and scheduling. He accommodates the different needs of his clients whether their dogs need to run for miles or just walked for 10 minutes. I have been looking for a great dog walker for the past 12 years and have finally found one in Damien!

The job required, was taking care of our 2 cats....several times, since the first time we used Damien and PAWS. But the first time was being away fir 5 days. It may not sound like a big deal, but pet owners know, after your children, pets are important family.....you can not just trust them to just anyone. It's like interviewing for a babysitter.....a LOT of trust is involved. But after meeting Damien for a consultation/preview of duties, we felt good. And our instincts turned out to be 100% correct. We have had bad/inadequate care for our pets before, and it can be upsetting.....But Damien at PAWS understands and does a commendable and comforting job. It is very nice to know when you have pressing out of town obligations that things are running smoothly at home. When you're out of town and too far away to care for pets, and more importantly, trust someone with your home, you breathe a sigh of relief when getting e-mails and texts that all is well. I recommend Damien and PAWS wholeheartedly.

Our pricing is very fair and we offer discount packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a phone call or email to go over what services will work for them and to find out as much info on their pet as possible. We then set them up with forms to get proper information For their client profile. Afterwards, we set up a free meet and greet to go over the routine and make sure it’s a smooth and easy transition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained at many animal shelters as an intern and volunteer and then became a certified petcare specialist. I am also cpr certified with animals.
