- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair and we offer discount packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a phone call or email to go over what services will work for them and to find out as much info on their pet as possible. We then set them up with forms to get proper information For their client profile. Afterwards, we set up a free meet and greet to go over the routine and make sure it’s a smooth and easy transition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained at many animal shelters as an intern and volunteer and then became a certified petcare specialist. I am also cpr certified with animals.
