Introduction: I studied photography under a fine arts degree, which promotes the use of concept before form. Learning to understand the reason for a photograph before the photograph is taken is a large part of what I do. The idea that every picture in my portfolio should tell a story to those viewing it is something that I feel not many other professionals have a knack for. I photograph with purpose. With freelance jobs, every new job creates a different problem that require skills and forward-thinking to solve. Each person or product becomes another puzzle that needs to be deciphered in order to be captured correctly. I thrive in environments that require the skills I have acquired over the 5 years of professional photography, but love when there are new challenges to what I do. I also love people, and finding out about people. Without them, photography would not exist.
