- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a referral bonus, for every referred customer who books a session I will retouch an additional image from our previous session. I offer 3 packages, Basic is 1 outfit shot in studio with 1 retouched image @ $250, Intermediate is 2 outfits shot in studio, on location, or a mix with 4 images delivered @ $400, and Professional is 3 outfits and 6 final images delivered, shot in studio, on location, or a mix @ $600.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first would like to get to know what my clients are looking for to ensure that my style of headshot photography will suit their needs. From there, we will discuss the packages that I offer to find a package that works best for them. From there we will go about scheduling a time for them to come to my studio, or me to go to a location of their choosing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a headshot and commercial photographer for the last 7 years and have photographed professional headshots for international banks, law firms, corporate real-estate offices, and individuals and actors alike.
