- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure varies upon the service provided, hours of coverage and final product given to my clients. All prices and packages can be seen on our website and includes myself and my husband. He is my wonderful assistant and I stick to clicking the camera.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking with Polston Photography is simple. Check out our website to ensure we are a good fit for you. There you will find several different types of photography I have done in my 15 years of experience. Once we decide we are a good fit for one another, we will schedule your photo session and get a feel for your needs and wants. After the session is over, the images will be posted within one week of session/event. Weddings may take additional time. We post a password protected gallery slideshow to our website for easy viewing for friends and family. Then, you will receive a dropbox link to your email address to download all of the high res files right to your computer, cloud, or external hard drive. We offer packages with and without printing services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My career as a photographer began in Colorado hiking and skiing the Colorado Mountains. I am a proud graduate of The Art Institute of Colorado in Denver and began my career with Steven Adams Photography. Do you like Chipotle?
